Code of Conduct

At Kingston Education Centre, we aim to maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined academic environment. All parents/guardians and students seeking admission are expected to understand and adhere to the following code of conduct.

1. General Behaviour
  • Students must maintain discipline, respect teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.

  • Polite language and appropriate behavior are expected within the school premises.

  • Any form of bullying, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

2. Admission Procedure
  • Admission will be granted strictly based on eligibility criteria, seat availability, and completion of all required formalities.

  • Submission of accurate and complete information in the admission form is mandatory.

  • Any false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of admission.

3. Documents & Verification
  • Parents/guardians must submit all required documents within the stipulated time.

  • Original documents must be produced for verification when requested.

  • Failure to submit documents may delay or cancel the admission process.

4. Attendance & Punctuality
  • Regular attendance above 90% is compulsory once admission is confirmed.

  • Students must adhere to school timings and arrive punctually.

  • Excessive absenteeism without valid reason may result in disciplinary action.

5. Uniform & Appearance
  • Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with proper identification.

  • Personal appearance should reflect cleanliness and discipline.

6. Fees & Payments
  • All fees must be paid within the specified timelines.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the school policy.

  • Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.

7. Communication with School
  • Parents are expected to maintain respectful communication with teachers and school staff.

  • Concerns or grievances should be addressed through proper school channels.

8. Health & Safety
  • Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or special needs at the time of admission.

  • Students must follow all safety rules and guidelines issued by the school.

9. Compliance with School Rules
  • Students and parents must comply with all school rules, regulations, and policies.

  • The school reserves the right to amend rules when necessary in the interest of students and the institution.

10. Disciplinary Action
  • Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or cancellation of admission.

  • The school management’s decision in disciplinary matters will be final.
