Instructions to Parents

To ensure a smooth and transparent admission process, parents are requested to carefully
read and follow the instructions given below:

  •  Eligibility Criteria
    Admission will be granted strictly as per the age criteria and class eligibility norms prescribed by the school.
  • Application Form
    The admission form must be filled completely and accurately. Incomplete or incorrect forms may lead to rejection.
  • Required Documents

    Parents must submit self-attested copies of the following documents at the time of admission:

    • Birth Certificate

    • Previous School Report Card

    • Permanent Education Number Of Last School
    • Transfer Certificate (if applicable)

    • Aadhar Card (Student & Parents)

    • Passport-size photographs

  • Admission Test / Interaction
    Students may be required to appear for an admission test or interaction, depending on the class applied for.
  •  Admission Confirmation
    Admission will be confirmed only after:

    • Verification of documents

    • Payment of admission fees

    • Approval by the school authority

  • Fee Payment
    Fees must be paid within the stipulated time. Non-payment may result in cancellation of the admission offer.

  • Communication
    All official communication regarding admission will be shared through registered mobile numbers or email IDs.

  • School Rules & Policies
    Parents are advised to carefully read and agree to all school rules, regulations, and policies before confirming admission.

  • Withdrawal Policy
    Once admission is confirmed, fees paid are non-refundable as per school policy.

  • Final Decision
    The school management reserves the right to grant or refuse admission without assigning any reason.
